One of the important factors affecting the attractiveness of a firm for an investor is its value and its change as a result of processes occurring in the course of economic activity. A change in the value of a company can be caused by many factors, including its participation in mergers and acquisitions. There is no consensus on how exactly such transactions affect the value of the company. In this regard, the main problem is to determine the main factors influencing the cost and the nature of their influence. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to investigate a variety of reporting documentation on various markets in order to have an idea of the impact that would not depend on specificity of the region in which the company operates
