The study used Pakistan Demographic and health Survey (PDHS) to find out the effects of Socio-economic and structural determinants on child malnutrition. Logistic regression models were used to find out the individual and combine effects of both structural and socioeconomic factors. The results showed that the wealth is the major predicting factor of malnutrition as compared to structural factors. Results also showed that access barriers are more common in poor households but more structured in richest households. All these results showed that in order to reducing malnutrition in Pakistan we need to address both poverty and structural barriers.
