Currently, the topic of creating the National Platform for Digital Biometric Identification in each country increasingly becomes crucial. It is because providing any service whether it is financial or governmental services remotely to people is necessary to society and for technological development as well. Most of the countries around the world as India, Estonia, England, Russia, and others more have been already implementing this system to move from paper ID documents to Biometric identification by human biometric modalities, as a result creating great comfortability to humankind. The topic is so important for Kazakhstan where this system exists partially.
