Antibiotics have a negative effect on the microbiological processes of sour-milk production. In order to prevent the creation of dangerous products and antibiotic resistance to drugs, a simple and sensitive method for determining the concentration of antibiotics in milk before it hits store shelves is required. The priority in this area is to create a quick and affordable method for analyzing milk based on the electrochemical oxidation of chemical compounds. In our work, we propose a new methodology to detect trace concentrations of antibiotics in milk.
