The principle of an electrochemical sensor platform for detecting bacteria using machine learning methods has been proposed, which makes it possible to qualitatively and quickly analyze the number of lactic acid bacteria and pathogenic bacteria in food systems. This approach is inexpensive, simple, and can compete with existing classical methods of counting the number of bacteria.
