The study addresses selection of eco-efficient welding technology for pipe manufacturing (ChTPZ) via Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) preparation. Objective: develop LCA methodology comparing MIG, TIG, and laser-hybrid welding processes per EN 15804 standards. Methods: SimaPro-based Life Cycle Assessment evaluating GWP, energy use, and costs across all three technologies. Results: Laser-hybrid welding shows minimal GWP and costs (40% energy reduction), MIG average performance, TIG highest environmental impact. Conclusions: Laser-hybrid technology optimal for environmental/economic performance. LCA method enables rapid, cost-effective EPD certification immediately post-equipment installation.
