This work presents a pipeline that transforms carotid lumen segmentations in CT angiography into reproducible stenosis measurements. Starting from semi-automatic vessel masks, we extract a smooth centerline, generate orthogonal multiplanar reformats, and compute lumen area and diameter profiles along the internal carotid artery. Distal reference segments are selected using stability criteria, and stenosis is calculated in NASCET and area-based forms. The pipeline includes quality-control indicators for discontinuities, leakage and near-occlusions, making stenosis grading more transparent and auditable for clinical use and further automation.
