This study focuses on developing a 7-input DNA nanomachine designed for cancer diagnosis and treatment. By using DNAzyme-based constructions, the project introduces a threshold activation mechanism that only triggers when the input molecule concentration reaches a specific level. The nanomachine, designed to cleave synthetic RNA, relies on thermodynamic principles to ensure accurate activation. The results demonstrate the potential of these 7-input DNA nanomachines as a promising tool for gene therapy in cancer treatment.
