The rapid development of automotive autonomous driving technology is redefining the future of transportation systems, and while existing level 2 vehicle autonomous driving systems have achieved partial automation in specific scenarios, higher level systems (L3-L5) still face significant technical challenges: the lack of real-time and robustness of multi-sensor fusion, and collaborative decision delays in dynamic environments. We aim to enhance dynamic scenario adaptability through multi-module collaborative design, and improve the safe deployment and generalization ability of advanced vehicle autonomous driving. This work lays a theoretical foundation for the reliability and social acceptance of intelligent transportation systems.
