The article is devoted to the selection of optimal conditions for the purification of rAAV by cation exchange chromatography. According to the research results, it was determined that the maximum efficiency of rAAV sorption on a cation exchange resin is achieved when applied with a pH value of 4.0 and a conductivity of X mS/cm. And the optimal conditions for tangential flow filtration are the use of a 32-fold diafiltration factor. At the same time, the average value of the total yield of the purification process is 60%.
