This project explores the development of a DNA nanodevice designed to selectively target and treat cancer cells by recognizing specific mutations in the KRAS gene. The nanodevice leverages the precision of DNA nanotechnology to enhance the specificity and efficiency of gene therapy, addressing challenges such as selectivity and potential side effects associated with traditional oligonucleotide gene therapy agents.
