This study investigates the laser-induced modifications of a copper-based MOF using 515 nm femtosecond pulses (224 fs). Varying laser parameters influenced structural and optical properties, analyzed via spectrophotometry, SEM, and dielectric function measurements. The findings establish modification thresholds, enabling precise tuning of MOFs for photonic applications.
