Hydroxyapatite (HA) is widely used for substance delivery due to its ability to bind and release therapeutic agents. This study presents a calcium phosphate-based system for visually assessing bacterial metabolic activity. A safe indicator was selected, and the medium composition was optimized. A chatbot was developed for automated pH determination, facilitating real-time monitoring. The system offers new opportunities for controlling bacterial metabolism and automating biotechnological processes, contributing to the development of smart biomaterials for biomedical applications.
