The research focuses on the method of layer-by-layer film formation (LbL), the optimal conditions for effective sorption of polyelectrolytes and protein molecules, which are influenced by molecular diffusion rates, are investigated. The data obtained indicate that polyelectrolytes form balls of various sizes and shapes on substrates, affecting the adsorption of layers. It turned out that changing the flow direction of the solution improves the structural organization of these layers, especially the denser packing achieved with polyelectrolytes with a lower molecular weight should be noted, demonstrating the potential of the method in creating effective, biocompatible sensor interfaces.
