This thesis explores the relationship between early career success and the accelerated occurrence of burnout. The main focus of the analysis is on factors such as age, gender, marital status, presence of children, working experience, position in the company, work location, and primary work performed. A factor analysis was conducted on survey responses from individuals aged 20-39, identifying three burnout dimensions: emotional exhaustion, professional efficacy, and cynicism. While individual factors did not show significant correlations with burnout dimensions, work-related variables had a negative correlation. The study suggests that granting individuals control over their work pace can reduce the risk of burnout.
