Cloud computing and Kubernetes have transformed IT, prompting the need for Migration as a Service (MaaS) to efficiently transition VMs and applications to Kubernetes. This work showcases a new, effective method for migrating virtual servers from platforms like OpenStack and VMware, and cloud providers such as AWS and GCP, to Kubernetes. It explores MaaS's technical architecture and how it bridges traditional virtualization and modern containerization, offering a streamlined path to modern infrastructure.
