Ghrelin is an orexigenic peptide hormone that appears to be involved not only in the regulation of nutrition, but also in the formation and maintenance of addictions. In this work, a comparative analysis of three ghrelin receptor antagonists was carried out in vivo employing the method of compulsive overeating of high-calorie foods in rats and in silico using molecular docking.
