The main purpose of this work is to model business processes and describe the management of development teams for the virtual fitting room "Reflect Me". The tasks are to work out business processes (casdev, customer profile, swot analysis, roadmap, etc.), as well as substantiate the choice of teams, their responsibilities and internal structure. Planned results: description of a fully functional and ready-to-market application for a virtual fitting room, as well as work to achieve this goal.
