This research analyzes the dynamics of digitalization of people's lives, considers the development of diseases of the psychological and physical component of a person in correlation with the development of the use of digital devices. An analysis was also made of the direct and indirect impact of the development of digital technologies in the social life of a person. A method is proposed for solving the current negative consequences of digitalization of a person's lifestyle in the context of large-scale and widespread digitalization.
