This study investigates the effects of laser irradiation on metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), focusing on changes in their optical and structural properties, including transmission, reflection, and crystalline structure. The study also aims to identify the laser parameters that can modify the crystalline structure of the MOFs and determine the ablation and modification thresholds. In addition, we compare the effects of lasers applied in nanoseconds (ns) versus femtoseconds (fs) on the MOF samples. The study uses a combination of spectrophotometer-microscope techniques to analyze the optical properties of the samples.
