The study develops and tests the design of a new DNA machine based on binary deoxyribozymes for the amplification-free detection of SARS-CoV-2. The limit of detection (LOD) of the design is calculated on the synthetic analyte; the effectiveness of the design is evaluated in comparison with the previous design.
