In this work, two modified surfaces of titania have been obtained, and is modified by tetracycline. The release kinetics of the antibiotic under the external trigger – ultrasound action (frequency 35 kHz) was studied. The influence of applied polyelectrolyte layers of polyethyleneimine and polystyrene sulfonate on the possibility of prolonged release of tetracycline was studied. Based on the data obtained, the dependence of the amount of the released antibiotic on external factors of influence was revealed. Based on the morphology of the resulting titanium dioxide surfaces, they can be used as drug delivery systems due to their high specific surface area.
