Compiling your application

In the application form, you need to:

  • Choose your subject.

  • Put in the title of your report.

  • Set the UDC (Universal Decimal Classification number) and provide your report abstract (under 800 characters with spaces – about 2-3 sentences).

  • Attach your files (read more):

    • a digital version of your report summary as a .pdf file (1-2 pages of printed text) written in accordance with the template for publication in the digital Congress proceedings;

    • a scanned copy of the report summary with signatures of the authors;

    • an expert review on the possibility of publication.

  1. In the second form, you need to choose your Supervisor/Consultant/Co-author.[1] Start typing in their last name in the designated space to see if they are on the list. If they aren’t on the list, you can click the button Invite Supervisor/Co-author and put in their email in the form that opens at the click. They will get an email inviting them to register. After they’ve registered in the system, you will be able to select their name from the list of users.

 

ATTENTION!

  1. One report can have a maximum of three co-authors.

  2. One report can have a maximum of two supervisors/consultants.

  3. You can check the respective checkboxes at the next step to do the following:

    1. take part in the report competition to enter ITMO’s Master’s programs (learn more here);

    2.  take part in the UMNIK contest (learn more here).

Results

After the Organizing Committee has reviewed the submitted documents (all files) and the experts at the Program Committee have reviewed the submitted report summary (about two weeks before the start of the Congress), the organizers will publish digital congress proceedings (a collection of all accepted reports).
